Applying for Participation
Any vendors who desire to do business with the University of Chicago should register their companies with Central Procurement Services. To participate in the Business Diversity Program, a company must fit our definition of a minority- or women-owned business.
To register a company, visit The University of Chicago Central Procurement Services.
You will be required to fax your package to Central Procurement Services at 773.702.0904.
In addition, please fax the following information to the Business Diversity Department at 773.702.5893:
- Copy of the vendor questionnaire
- Copy of the certificate of compliance
- Proof of M/WBE certification (if applicable)
